Welcome to Babel Tower (babeltowel.com). These terms apply to your use of our AI writing and translation SaaS. By using the service you agree to the following.

1. Service description

Babel Tower provides creators with AI-assisted writing, chapter management, multilingual translation, TTS audiobook generation, and related software tools (B2C SaaS). The public library is for free reading of published works only and is not a third-party content marketplace.

2. Accounts & subscriptions

• Register with a valid email and keep your password secure.
• Pro / Team subscriptions are billed monthly via Stripe at the prices shown on the pricing page (Pro ¥49/mo, Team ¥199/mo).
• Subscriptions renew automatically until you cancel in the Stripe customer portal or contact us.

3. User content

You retain copyright in your work. You must not upload or publish content that infringes third-party rights or contains illegal, pornographic, hateful, or fraudulent material. We may remove violating content and suspend accounts.

4. Acceptable use

• Do not use the service for unlawful purposes or to disrupt system security.
• Do not abuse AI APIs for bulk scraping, reverse engineering, or reselling unauthorized access.
• Do not misrepresent your business or bypass subscription limits.

5. Disclaimer

AI-generated output is for reference only; we do not guarantee accuracy, completeness, or fitness for a particular purpose. You are responsible for what you publish. The service is provided “as is”; to the extent permitted by law we are not liable for indirect damages.
