Refund Policy

Effective: May 22, 2026

This policy applies to Babel Tower author subscriptions (Pro / Team) purchased via Stripe. Prices are on the pricing page : Pro ¥49/mo, Team ¥199/mo.

1. Subscription & auto-renewal

Subscriptions renew monthly. Cancel auto-renewal in account settings via the Stripe customer portal; paid features remain until the end of the current billing period.

2. Refund principles

• Within 7 days of first subscription: full refund if you have not heavily used AI features (reasonable trial usage per day).
• Duplicate charges or mistaken purchase: full refund after verification.
• After 7 days or heavy Pro/Team AI usage: generally no prorated refund, but you may cancel future renewals.

3. How to request

Submit via our contact form : registered email, Stripe receipt ID (if any), and reason. We reply within 5 business days; approved refunds return to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

4. Disputes

If you disagree with a charge, you may dispute via your card issuer using the Stripe receipt; we recommend contacting us first for faster resolution.
